Emxys joins IAF
The International Astronautical Federation has accepted Emxys candidature during its 2012 General Assembly.
Emxys CEO Jose A. Carrasco has presented today the candidature of the company in the 63rd International Astronautical Congress General Assembly held in Naples, which has approved its adhesion.

“Emxys is a Spanish company located in Elche, by the East Coast of Spain, within a region where a very high investment in the aerospace sector has taken place recently from the private sector and supported by local government through VALSPACE, a local Agency specifically created for the coordination and impulse of space related activities.
About Emxys, under the AS9100 quality standard, designs and manufactures instrumentation and control electronic systems for space applications within its own design facilities, ISO7 clean room (class 10.000) and electronics laboratory.
Besides developing custom Space components, Emxys is pursuing having a range of off-the-shelf products, and participating in close cooperation with leading Space companies in European Space Agency and European Commission programmes on highly innovative projects such the design of contactless position sensors, Optical-Fibre based temperature sensors or disruptive space debris removal systems based on Electrodynamic tethers.
